In my practice I look at the body as a coherent whole, in which different systems are continuously connected. I see complaints as signals of a body that is out of balance.
I work with three approaches that complement and reinforce each other: orthomolecular therapy, ketogenic metabolic therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
From the Orthomolecular therapy we look at what your body needs at a cellular level. Think of nutrition, vitamins and minerals that support processes such as energy production, hormonal balance and the immune system.
Met Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy we focus on restoring your metabolism. By dealing with food differently, your body can learn to create more stable energy and deal better with blood sugar and insulin.
The Chinese medicine helps to recognize patterns and coherence. This approach looks at how energy (Qi) flows and where blockages or imbalances arise.
Combining these three perspectives creates an integrated approach: this way we gain insight into where the imbalance is and provide targeted support to the body in recovery.
On the following pages you can read more about each method and what it can do for you.
